CURATOR KAY’S STATEMENT

The reason I decided to throw this show was to share LGBTQ+ art in order to inspire and motivate other people in the community to express themselves. I chose to have this show display all types of art because the LGBTQ+ community is full of all types of people just like the art in the show is full of so many different styles and forms. I also wanted this show to be a space to bring people together to celebrate our existence in a beautiful and supportive environment.
